Advertising Rate Policy
Signed agreements, are required to earn other than open rate. In the event an advertiser fails to use the amount of space contracted for, the advertiser agrees to accept and remit a rate adjustment to the rate earned, In no case will this amount exceed the amount to fulfill the signed agreement. If the advertiser exceeds the contracted amount, The Legislative Gazette agrees to issue a rebate or credit for the difference between contact rate and rate earned. ONLY advertising billed at the contract rate may be short rated or rebated.

Ad Materials and Production Notes
No ad cancellations after closing date. Ads submitted should be electronic files sent to ads@legislativegazette.com. Hard copy can be accepted. All gray scale images need to be at a 85 line screen. We provide composition and layout services at no additional charge.

Production Specifications:
Full page image area is 10" width by 16" height
Half page image area is 10" width by 8" height
Quarter page image area is 5" width by 8" height
Eighth page image area is 5" width by 4" height
Sixteenth page image area is 5" width by 2" height

Copy
Submission of copy is the responsibility of the advertiser. All orders are subject to acceptance by the publisher. Advertising that resembles editorial space will be marked "advertisement."

Zoning available up to 14,000 pieces. All preprinted inserts should not exceed 1 oz., 4 pages and /or 384" column inches. Any insert exceeding the maximun requirements will be billed at the Special Section rate. Insert are to be shipped directly to the printer.
